Concierge medicine and telehealth have changed the geography of clinical care. Patients receive care in their homes, in hotel rooms while traveling, in corporate wellness suites, and through video calls supplemented by remote monitoring. For the physicians and advanced practice providers running these practices, the ability to scan at the point of care, wherever that happens to be, is not a bonus feature; it is the capability that makes a comprehensive assessment possible outside of a brick-and-mortar clinic setting. Ultrasound technology, particularly handheld and wireless platforms, has become the tool that brings diagnostic imaging into these distributed care models.
We finance ultrasound equipment for concierge practices, direct primary care (DPC) clinics, telehealth platforms that integrate in-person imaging, hybrid telemedicine practices, and executive health programs. Our minimum is $50,000. Application-only approval is available up to approximately $400,000. Funding closes in about one to two weeks. These are often smaller businesses or newer practices, so we specifically look at the full picture rather than requiring a long credit history to qualify.
