The Clarius scanner puts a diagnostic-quality probe in a device about the size of a deck of cards, with no tethered device required beyond a smartphone or tablet that any clinician already carries. That simplicity is deliberate, and it is what distinguishes Clarius from the traditional ultrasound market: no cart, no cart purchase, no installation, no proprietary display. Just the probe and a connected device running the Clarius app.
The Clarius HD3 is the current-generation premium scanner, using a high-density transducer array and processing entirely within the probe itself. The HD3 line includes multiple probe configurations for different clinical applications: high-frequency linear transducers for superficial and vascular work, curved array probes for abdominal and OB, and phased array options for cardiac and lung imaging. Each probe is a separate purchase.
Financing Clarius equipment follows the same minimum-transaction rule as the rest of our programs: $50,000. An individual Clarius HD3 probe at roughly $3,000 to $7,000 per unit at list does not reach that threshold alone. The qualifying transactions are fleet purchases for multi-provider practices or health systems, bundled programs that include probes plus enterprise subscriptions and training, or specialty practices acquiring multiple probe types across a clinical team.
